Our HPC008 Camera People Counting adopts top-mounted installation method, the width of the detection door is 2 meters. If the door width is 4 meters, 2 devices need to be installed.

The following are some questions and answers related to integration that customers often ask:

If the HPC008 People Counter is installed at the client site, the data can be pushed to the user's own server.

The server can be a cloud server with a public IP, and then install our HPC008 passenger flow counter software. The data can be directly uploaded to the cloud server locally through the network. You can set a username and password for the customer to view the data at any time. We also provide a test account. The device is installed in our office. Use our cloud server

Fill in the server address and port, such as 192.168.1.100:8686

The device will actively send a request to this port, and the server will respond correctly according to our protocol instructions.

If integrated,we usually connect to the database directly through software like navicat.

We provide a how to extract data document, and customers can directly connect to our HPC008 people counting system, After setting the server IP address and port, the device will actively send a request. After receiving the request, the server will respond to each request correctly. These requests include time synchronization, data synchronization, etc. For specific content of sending and replying, please refer to the last 4 pages of our API.

We will provide free API documentation.

The device sends TCP requests. Customers are advised to use software such as TCP/IP tools to receive and reply. Alternatively, you can install our software first, make sure that the device works properly, and then connect.

These are TCP requests sent by the device. After receiving these requests, the server needs to reply to each request one by one, otherwise the device will keep sending the same request and wait for a reply. The last 4 pages of our API explain how to reply. For example, the second request/TimeCorrectServlet is time synchronization, and the current time needs to be replied in the format required by our API.

The general integration process is as follows:

Our HPC008 Camera People Counting actively sends requests. After setting the server's IP address and port, the device will actively send requests to this port. All the customer needs to do is to develop a program that will receive requests sent by the device on this port, and then reply to each request according to our protocol based on different requests. The server does not need to actively send any requests to the device. It is to reply based on the request sent by the device. You can refer to the following picture. If you reply with the correct time, the time on the device will change to the reply time.
